The UNI battery flashing 5 times means it can’t detect the oil cartridge. Please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points, or install a brand new cartridge. If your device still can’t work, please contact our support team at service@yocantech.com

hey. I was wondering if there’s anything wrong with my yacan uni? I plug it in and it blinks 5 times. Does that mean ots fully charged or ? I’m confused and upset of there’s is actually something with it because I got it the other day

I just bought one today and it has a short circuit and won’t work. Is there a way to fix this or can I get a replacement?
