I want to talk to some one about my yocan uni 3.0 I purchased the Yocan uni 3.0 one day ago I have followed the directions in the manual and it leaks and clogs up cleaned it and same thing happened again tried returning it to the place of purchase to get another one but they told me to contact Yocan I don’t want my money back I just want it replaced thank you

Please try these ways:

*Clean the contact points between the adapter and the battery and cartridge
*Switch a new adapter
*Loosen the adapter
You can usually fix it by adjusting the cartridge center pin with a pair of needle-nose pliers. Giving it a slight turn about 2 or more degrees can resolve a short.
